GroupLink

Next one: TBD

Success at Firewheel Church is defined by how effectively our ministries move people from our large environments into Small Groups.

GroupLink is an event where you will meet and connect with others in your area and stage of life to start a “community” group. Attending a GroupLink is the first step to joining a Small Group. You will have the opportunity to be in a group by the end of the event!

Small Groups are exactly that - small groups of 5-6 couples or 6-8 individuals who meet in someone’s home for fellowship, Bible study, prayer and accountability. They’re closed groups with a commitment to meet together for 12-18 months.

We believe the Small Group is the best place for sustained life change to occur. In a Small Group, people study God’s Word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It’s also where they pray, care for one another, and are missed if they don’t show up.

Small Groups

A typical small group gathering

At Firewheel Church we believe that as we grow larger we must grow smaller. We intend to do that by encouraging our members to be a part of a small group. In a small group 6-10 individuals or 5-6 married couples meet on a regular basis to “do life” together.

Small group meetings include hanging out and sharing a meal, Bible study, and prayer. We believe you shouldn’t have to “do life” alone. You need some people you can talk to - sharing the joys and disappointments this life brings. If you are interested in joining or leading one of these groups and would like more information, attend the next GroupLink event (details left), or contact the Church Office.
